Mr. More, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent states that the Respondent has also filed Civil Writ Petition No.11424 of 2025 seeking enhancement of the maintenance. On the instructions of the Respondent, who is personally present in Court, Mr. More, learned Counsel states that as the Petitioner has withdrawn Writ Petition No.8592 of 2025, he has instructions to withdraw Writ Petition No.11424 of 2025. The said Writ Petition is not on board. The same is taken on board. Accordingly, the Civil Writ Petition No.11424 of 2025 is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
