Learned AGP for the Respondent to take instructions from the Tahsildar, Solapur, as to the reason why the possession of the secured asset is not being taken. The learned counsel for the respondent No.2-Bank also supported the contention of the petitioner that the PSL

907-wp-8657-2025.doc possession has to be handed over, but the possession is not being taken by the Tahsildar in compliance with the order under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'SARFAESI Act') passed by the respondent No. 2.
