Learned counsel for the Petitioners has assailed the show cause notice dated 30th May 2025 issued by the office of the Joint District Registrar, Class-I and Collector of Stamps, Thane (City). 2.

Learned AGP raises a preliminary objection. He submits that the Petitioners ought to have responded to the show cause notice dated 30th May 2025. He assures that as soon as the Petitioners submit their responses to the said show cause notice, the Authority-the Respondent No.1 will pass an appropriate order on the said show cause notice as expeditiously as possible and within a week thereafter. At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners will file their responses to the said show cause notice dated 30th May 2025 by Monday, i.e., 7th July 2025. If the responses are filed on 7th July 2025, the Authority concerned to pass an appropriate order within one week thereafter. 4.
