The aforesaid petition is kept today for recording compliance of the order dated 11th August 2025, passed by this Court, i.e. clause para 12 of the said order, which directed the petitioners to pay costs of Rs.5 lakhs i.e. Rs.3 lakhs to the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and Rs.2 lakhs to Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have paid the said costs. He has tendered the photocopy of the receipts evidencing payments made. The same are taken on record.

A far as compliance of para 10 of the order dated 11th August 2025 is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners states that till date, the authorities have not taken any steps to mutate the petitioners' name in the revenue records nor the sale certificate being received.

Learned Addl.G.P. states that the State will have to follow a procedure under Section 89(4) of the Registration Act and that they will follow the said procedure.

Stand over to 1st October 2025, to enable the learned Addl.G.P. to inform this Court the time that will be required to comply with para 10 of the aforesaid order. To be listed under the caption 'for compliance.'
