The petitioner to remain present before the Hon'ble Minister on 1st August 2025 at 3:00 p.m. along with the additional copy of the memo of appeal and stay application. 3.

The Hon'ble Minister is requested to decide the application for stay within a period of three weeks from 1st August 2025.

The petitioner assures that the office objections if in the appeal will be removed by the 1st August 2025. 5.

The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 as well as the learned counsel for the developers submit that they will also be appearing before the Hon'ble Minister on 1st August 2025 at 3:00 p.m. and no separate notice to them is required.
