Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

Our attention is invited to the order dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.544 of 2025. By the said order this Court directed the Divisional Joint Registrar to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner and the stay application on its own merits. An application for stay preferred by the petitioners is not being decided is the grievance. It is pointed out that the petitioners are receiving notices for recovery of the amount and one such notice dated ZIP

As the application for stay has been preferred by the Petitioners, we request the Divisional Joint Registrar to decide the application for stay expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks.

Till the application for stay is decided, no coercive steps for recovery shall be taken.
