The Petitioner is challenging the order dated 13.06.2025, below Exhibit 45, in Petition No. D-19 of 2024, passed by the Judge, Family Court, Sangli, whereby the following direction is issued:

Issue letter to the school management, The Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Parsee Charitable Institution, Charniroad, Mumbai to consider the application for admission of minor Ali Jafar, if he fulfills all other conditions for admission in their school as per rule"

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 15.07.2025. Hamdast allowed.
