Having regard to the order proposed to be passed, notice on respondent No.5 may not be necessary. Suffice it to observe that the application made by the petitioner dated 11.08.2023 for her appointment on compassionate ground in the light of GR dated 24.02.2023 and 13.10.2024 is pending.

The petitioner seeks appointment to Class-III post as per her education qualification. Learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the order dated 08.01.2025 of Aurangabad Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 3204 of 2023 and connected matters where this Court had issued various directions which the respondents are expected to comply.

In the light of directions issued in the above writ petition, the case of the petitioner be considered on its own merits within a period of six weeks from date of receipt of this order.
