We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2.
This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying for the only relief which read thus:
"a)Be pleased issue the writ of mandamus, writ in nature of mandamus or any other Order/directions calling for the record proceeding of the directions dated 22nd March 2024 and the reply given by the Respondents herein and after going through the same, be pleased to direct the Respondents herein to initiate an action of removal of unauthorised and illegal construction made on the open plot of land bearing C.T.S. No.4246 situated at Pimpri Chinchwad Jeevan Nagar, Chinchwad, Pune-33 and as per the reply given by the Respondent herein within a period of four weeks from date of order of this Hon'ble Court or as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit and proper for the reasons and circumstances mentioned herein above."

In our opinion, considering the case of the petitioner, it is for the respondents to take appropriate action if the construction is unauthorised as set out in the memo of the petition. Let such action be taken as expeditiously as possible in any event within a period of two months from today which shall be strictly in accordance with law, keeping open all contentions of the parties. 4.
