Mr. Purohit states that the impugned demand dated 2 February 2025 has been made by ignoring the Appellate Authority's order dated 28 January 2025 by which the order in original based upon which the impugned demand notice was issued was set aside and the matter was remanded for fresh adjudication.

Accordingly, Respondent to obtain instructions and file and serve reply in the matter by 21 August 2025.
