1) By this petition, Petitioner has challenged order dated 11 April 2025 passed by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court rejecting the application preferred by the Petitioner for striking of the defence for failure to comply with the order passed by the Trial Court under Order 15A of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (CPC). By a separate order passed in Writ Petition No. 8547 of 2023, this Court has set aside and modified the order dated 6 December 2021 passed by the Small Causes Court. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of.
