Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP for the respondent/State.

The petitioners have filed the revision application against the impugned judgment and order dated 23rd October 2025 passed by respondent No.2-Additional Commissioner, Pune, Pune Division in RTS No. 188 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of revision application several attempts were made to press the application for stay before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister, however, the same is not yet decided. 4.
As the application for stay has been filed by the petitioners, it is expected that the said application has to be DSS 1/2
905-cwp-8799-25.doc decided at the earliest. Accordingly, we request the Hon'ble Revenue Minister to decide the application for stay, at the earliest.

The petitioners to remain present before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister on 7th July 2025 at 3.00 p.m. alongwith copy of this order.

Till the application for stay is decided by the Hon'ble Revenue Minister, no effect shall be given to the possession notice dated 19th June 2025 issued by respondent No.3 - Tahsildar, Kagal which is annexed at page No.173 to the petition and is accordingly, stayed.

The application for stay as well as the revision application be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
