The only substantive prayer sought for in the present petition is as follows:

"(a) appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing Respondents to consider the representation dated 2nd May 2025 (Exh "C" to the petition ) and pass appropriate order in accordance with law;" When the matter was called, Mr. Limaye, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-corporation very fairly submitted that the representation filed by the petitioner shall be heard and decided positively within a period of three months from today.

We accept the statement of Mr. Limaye and make it clear that no further time shall be granted.

Hence petition is disposed of. No costs.
