This petition is filed challenging an Order dated 30th June 2025, passed below Exhibit- 68, in Petition B-28 of 2025 by the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, wherein the Application filed by the Respondent for withdrawal of her passport to travel to United Kingdom ("U.K.") and Singapore between 01st July 2025 to 18th July 2025, has been allowed.

Issue notice to the Respondent. Ms. Firoza Daruwala, learned Counsel waives notice on behalf of the Respondent. 3.

When the matter is called out today it is informed that, the Respondent has already left for U.K. as per the permission granted by the Family Court, vide Order dated 30th June 2025. The Rajesh Chittewan, PA

905. 8884-2025.doc Petitioner apprehends that, considering the pending proceedings between the parties, the Respondent, who is a British national may file proceedings in respect of the following three issues: (i) custody of children;

(ii) the amount of USD 4,084,063, which is transferred by the Respondent in her own private account and; (iii) in respect of Schwab Account, which is already frozen by an Order passed by this Court on 7th September 2022; 4.

Ms. Firoza Daruwala, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that, she will have to take instructions from the Respondent, who is presently out of India, for making statement that, she will not initiate any such proceedings in respect of the above mentioned three issues, till she returns from U.K., on or before 18th July 2025.
