Writ Petition No. 8994 of 2025, was not on board. On request, taken on the production board, to be heard along with Writ Petition No. 8902 of 2025.

Leave to add the complainant as Respondent No.8 in Writ Petition No. 8902 of 2025. Addition to be carried out forthwith. 3.

In both these cases, Respondent No.8 has been agitating for his personal demands and has threatened the department that he would Sneha Chavan

2/2 929-WP-8902-2025.odt commence a hunger fast. While probing into the said aspect, he orally leveled allegations against these two Petitioners who are Juniors to him. On such oral submissions, Respondent No.4 has suspended the Shalarth ID of both these Petitioners w.e.f. 04.03.2025. There is no dispute that their approvals are intact.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 11.08.2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Let the Affidavit-in-Reply be filed at least 1 week prior to the returnable date.

Until further orders, the impugned orders suspending the Shalarth ID of the two Petitioners, shall stand stayed. Since, they have been working since the date of the suspension of the Shalarth ID, the arrears of salary shall be released within 30 days from today and the regular payment shall be made on monthly basis. 6.

All office objections, if any, to be removed on or before 23.07.2025, failing which, the Petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on 24.07.2025.
