In Writ Petition Nos. 8902 of 2025 and 8994 of 2025, we grant liberty to the Petitioners to serve the unserved Respondents by Speed Post A.D. and to submit a service affidavit along with the printout of the tracking report obtained from the India Post website. 2.

In Writ Petition Nos. 12840 of 2025 and 13322 of 2025, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 10th December, 2025. The learned Addl. G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 5, State in both Petitions.

Considering the conspectus of the matter, all these Petitions shall be listed on the urgent supplementary board. ...2

Besides Court notice, the Petitioners are at liberty to serve the private Respondents by Speed Post A.D. and to submit a service affidavit along with a printout of the tracking report obtained from the India Post website.
