Heard the learned counsel for Petitioner, learned counsel for Respondent No.4 and learned A.G.P. for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 - State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits on instructions of the Petitioner's wife Ms. Shakuntala Shetty, who is present in the Court that an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- will be paid to the Respondent No.4 on or before 7th July, 2025. It by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

Considering the fair stand taken by the learned counsel for respondent No.4, the auction of the property i.e. Flat No.306, 3rd Floor, Suraj Complex, Sector 36, Kamothe, which is the subject matter of the notice issued by the Tahsildar shall be postponed till further orders of this Court. 4.

If the Petitioner fails to deposit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- by 7th July, 2025, the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 5.

This order is passed in the peculiar facts and circumstances and considering the fair stand of Respondents. 6.

List the petition for further consideration on 11th July, 2025. H.O.B.
