Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This matter was moved on 03/07/2025. The amount of Rs. 10 lakhs in terms of the statement made has been deposited. Statement had been made that balance amount of Rs. 9 lakhs will be paid within 6 months from 03/07/2025. The undertaking to that effect has been filed. The order has been complied with. In this view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition is disposed of.

However, on the last occasion, we have orally indicated that as the petitioner was to be taken in custody for non-compliance of the order, appropriate proceedings have to be filed by him for his release.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner should be released. However, request has to be made to the concerned Court before which the proceeding is pending. Though we may have sympathy for the petitioner, but it is for the appropriate Court to pass the order of release. Respondent no.4 does not have any objection to the release of the petitioner in view of this arrangement.
