Mr. Ghayal, learned AGP waives notice on behalf of all the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered copy of a notice dated 30th July 2025, issued by the respondent No.3. It is stated therein that the service of the petitioner shall be terminated unless the validity certificate is produced. In that light, the learned counsel for the petitioner is pressing for urgent interim relief. It is brought to our notice that the petitioner is working in the post of Clerk with the respondent No.3 - District Collector, Amravati. Shrikant Malani

In view of the above, during the pendency of this petition, the service of the petitioner shall not be terminated only on the basis of the impugned order passed by the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee, subject to the petitioner filing an undertaking within two weeks from today before this Court that during the pendency of this petition, he shall not claim any service benefit such as confirmation, promotion, increment, pay fixation etc. Copy of such undertaking shall also be placed before the office of respondent No.3, within the said period of two weeks.
