It is pointed out that this matter pertains to the assignment of learned single judge.

The Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand, has expressed extreme urgency in the matter by submitting that the respondents are on the verge of taking possession of the petitioners' property. Therefore, an urgent interim order is called for.

Having regard to the peculiar facts of the case and the urgency involved in the matter, we direct the Registry to verify and place this matter before the appropriate Court, after obtaining the convenience of the concerned Judge.
