The said para reads thus :- "I undertake that while executing project of reconstruction / repairing of the existing of the 800 mm Dia MS Water Pipeline in Phase-II, including reconstruction of bridge over Taooja Creek between Belapur to Kalamboli junction, Navi Mumbai on Land bearing Survey No.27 in Kolhekar, Survey No.16 in Kamothe and Survey No.80 on Kharghar under AMRUT 2.0 Scheme, and Municipal Corporation would comply with all the conditions on the basis of which the MCZMA and Expert Appraisal Committee of the MoEF&CC have specified in their Minutes of Meeting dated 05.08.2024 and 11.12.2024 respectively."
