Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

After hearing the matter for some time, Ms. Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that this petition could be disposed of by directing the Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-III (Respondent No.2) to dispose of the representations made by the petitioner on 5 March 2025, 6 March 2025, 22 March 2025 and 25 March 2025 at pages 70 to 78 of the paper-book of this petition expeditiously. 3.
Though the above representations are addressed to the Deputy Commissioner of Customs (Group 4A), we direct the Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva- III (Respondent No.2) to consider and dispose of such representations in accordance with law and on their own merits as expeditiously

We request the Commissioner of Customs to afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner/their representatives before disposing of such representations. The Commissioner of Customs to communicate the decision within this period of 15 days.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved, the petitioner will have liberty to take out further proceedings in accordance with law, including by way of raising the grounds urged in this petition.

For the present, we have not examined the rival contentions of the parties on merits and all such contentions are explicitly kept open.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms without any costs order. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
