Physical possession of the secured asset mentioned in prayer clause (b) is not yet taken. Since the notice under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 Act has been issued, we direct respondent No.1 to take physical possession of the secured asset as mentioned in prayer clause (b) within a period of 10 weeks from today. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no legal impediment in taking possession of the secured asset. The petitioner is willing to pay the necessary charges for police protection. The in-charge Amk 1/2
