She submits that since the order under challenge is passed by the Respondent No.3, i.e., the Competent Authority and District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, the Petition would lie before the learned Single Judge. 2.

In view of the objection raised, the Registry to verify and thereafter place the Petition before the appropriate Bench having the said assignment as per roster.
