I have heard Learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

By consent of the parties, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i.

The order impugned dated 16th May 2024 is set aside. ii.

The Family Court, Nashik shall permit the parties to file affidavit of assets and liabilities. After filing of affidavit of assets and liabilities by the parties, the learned Family Court shall decide the application at Exhibit 17 afresh in accordance with law.

iii.

The Petitioner-Husband shall pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Respondent-Wife within a period of four weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. (N.R. BORKAR, J.) Mugdha
