After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to approach City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd. (CIDCO) and Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB).

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the liberty as prayed for.
