Due to paucity of time, the petition could not be heard substantially.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the possession of the residential flat at Andheri is scheduled for tomorrow i.e. on 08.07.2025. The petitioners' property at Pune has already been auctioned and the amount of Rs.1 crore 30 Lakhs has been credited to the loan account. The petitioners on instructions submits that the Petitioners will ZIP

Further, the application for restoration of the Securitization Application is pending before the DRT. 4.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the Respondent-Bank fairly states that the possession will be deferred. In case the Respondent-Bank intends to take the possession, fresh notice will be given.
