In these Writ Petitions, the Petitioners seek to quash and set aside the tender process dated 23 September 2024 and the work orders dated 22 April 2025.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the financial bids were opened on 28 April 2025 whereas the work orders in favour of Respondent Nos.4 and 5 have already issued on 22 April 2025. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the learned counsel for the Respondent prays for short accommodation to seek instructions. 3.

List after three weeks.
