Heard Mr. Shah, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners. 2.
Learned Senior Advocate invited our attention to the Master Direction on Treatment of Wilful Defaulters and Large Defaulters issued by Reserve Bank of India on 30th July, 2024. 4-WP-9089-2025.doc Without prejudice to such submission, learned Senior Advocate, on instructions, submits that the petitioners are willing to settle the loan account and repay the outstanding amount to Respondent No.1 - Bank represented by Mr. De Souza.

Mr. De Souza, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that he needs some time to take instructions from Respondent No.1 - Bank. 4.
In our prima facie opinion, proposal made by the Petitioners that they are willing to pay the entire outstanding amount due and payable to Respondent No.1 appears to be reasonable and we have no doubt that Respondent No.1 - Bank shall make an endeavour to close the loan account in terms of it's policy.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners assures that proposal will be resubmitted during the course of the day. Respondent No.1 -Bank to consider the proposal in accordance with it's policy and make an attempt to work out an amicable settlement.
