By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the Respondent No.2, i.e., Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee to decide the Petitioner's Application dated 8th January 2024 seeking grant of Caste Validity Certificate within a particular time-frame.

Learned AGP, on instructions, states that the Petitioner's Application dated 8th January 2024 will be decided expeditiously and in any event, without four weeks from today. Statement accepted. Gaikwad RD 1/2
