Considering the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner, it would be appropriate that an affidavit is filed on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4, inter alia, clarifying whether the software utilised for deciding the transfers of employees provides an opportunity to make corrections in the form filled by the employee and, if so, setting out the details of such opportunity available under the software program. 2.

This is in the backdrop of the fact that the form filled by the petitioner himself shows that the column pertaining to whether the petitioner was suspended has been answered in the affirmative, while the petitioner claims that he was never suspended.
