Learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a positive statement that the Petitioner was suspended from service in the year 2022. Thereafter, suspension was revoked. On this basis, it is submitted that the case of the petitioner cannot be covered under Clause No.1.7.3 of Government Resolution dated 18.06.2024.

The Petitioner is directed to file an additional affidavit, placing on record copies of the order of suspension as
