The petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 have arrived at a settlement in the present matter. The Consent Terms/Minutes tendered to that effect are taken on record and marked as "X1" for the purpose of identification. The Consent Terms/Minutes are duly signed by the petitioner who is personally present in the Court and the advocate for petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5.

The Petition is disposed of in the following terms: "1.

The Petitioner undertakes to pay the Respondents No 4 & 5 a sum of Rs.10,000/- within a period of one week from today towards past dues of Rs.62,400/-. 2.

The Petitioner will within one week from today handover to the Respondents No 4 & 5 three applications addressed to the following organization for DSS 1/2

23-cwp-9127-25.doc reimbursement of the balance past arrears of Rs.52,400/-. The Petitioner will be absolved of the liability for payment of the past arrears of Rs.52,500/- immediately on submission of three applications to the Respondents No. 4 & 5. If the Petitioner fails to submit the aforesaid three applications to the Respondents No. 4 & 5 within one week from today, then in that event, the Petitioner will be liable to pay the aforesaid balance of Rs.52,500/- within a period of three months from today.

Names of Organizations 1) BROTHERS EDUCATION AND SOCIAL TRUST, MUMBAI CENTRAL 2) SEWA TRUST AGRIPADA 3) NATHANI CHARITABLE TRUST NEAR MUMBAI CENTRAL STATION 3.

The Petitioner will pay the current fees for the academic year 2025-26 in monthly installments of Rs.10,000/- each commencing from 10th September 2025.

The Petitioner will not default in payment of fees as per the above mentioned schedule for payment of fees. 5.

The above arrangement has been worked out in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case which will not be treated as a precedent.
