The learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions of the petitioner, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to make representation to the Respondent No.1 and 2 in respect of his grievance.

So far as the attachment of the agricultural land is concerned, which according to the petitioner is illegal, it is open for the petitioner to resort to appropriate remedies under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ( for short 'SARFAESI Act').

All contentions are kept open to be agitated before the appropriate forum.
5.
The interim protection granted by the order dated 11th July 2025 shall remain in operation for the period of two weeks.
