The Petitioner is challenging the order dated 2nd June 2025 (below Exhibit-7) passed by the Family Court, Sangli in Petition No. D- 16 of 2023, wherein the visitation right has been granted to the Respondent-father herein. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that, the Petitioner apprehends that, during the access, there is a threat to the well-being of the children. 2.

I have perused the order passed by the Family Court, Sangli dated 2nd June 2025. After perusing the order and considering the apprehension expressed by the Petitioners, there shall be stay to the clause (d) of the order dated 2nd June 2025 passed by the Family Court, Sangli, till the next date.
