In this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the tender notice dated 16th June, 2025 issued by the Nashik Municipal Corporation.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that subsequently the Nashik Municipal Corporation, by an order dated 7th August, 2025, has cancelled the tender notice dated 16th June, 2025.
