The Petitioner is a mother who is challenging the order dated 25th April 2025 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Solapur, by which the Respondent/father was granted access to the younger son "Shriyansh" between 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Court premises on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month.

It is the contention of the Petitioner that it is not safe to allow the father to meet the child, though the access is allowed by the Court. The father is abusive, and he is likely to cause harm to the Darshan Patil

10-WP-9147-2025.doc child. He is not a good influence on the child. Therefore, on this ground, the Petitioner is challenging the said order. 3.

The Petitioner seeks permission to place on record supporting material to demonstrate that the father is abusive. 4.
