The Petitioner had filed an application for review of the order (below Exhibit-32) dated 19th April 2025 passed by the Family Court, Satara. By order dated 19th April 2025, the Respondent-father herein was granted access of the child on first and third working Saturday of each month between 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Child Care Center of Family Court, Satara. The Application has been rejected by the Family Court, Satara, vide order dated 17th May 2025, which is impugned in the present Writ Petition.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 31st July 2025. 3.
In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner is at liberty to serve the Respondent through a permissible private mode and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner points out that, despite the report of the Marriage Counsellor from the Family Court, Satara, stating the unwillingness of child to meet his father, the order was passed, which, according to the Petitioner, would cause distress to the child if forced to meet his father.

In view thereof, the Respondent-father shall have access to the child through Video Conferencing (V.C.) on the third Saturday of this month, which falls on 19th July 2025. This arrangement is limited only to this specific date.
