Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The challenge in this petition is to an order passed by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Society, granting certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has repaid the entire outstanding amount and yet recovery certificate has not been granted. The petitioner has an efficacious statutory remedy under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. The question as to whether the petitioner has repaid the entire outstanding amount is a pure 1/2

Keeping open the liberty to approach the statutory authority under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, the petition stands disposed.
