An arguable case, as to whether the respondent could have been impleaded as the co-plaintiff, as the petitioner claims to be the sole tenant of the demised premises, arises for consideration.

In addition to notice through Court the petitioner is at liberty to serve the respondents by private service and file an affidavit of service.

Stand over to 25th August, 2025.

In the meanwhile, there shall be an ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
