The learned Counsel for respondent Nos.6, 9, 10 and 11 informed the Court that subsequent to the impugned order, a Development Agreement has been executed by the members of 'A-Wing'. The learned Counsel undertakes to furnish a copy of the Development Agreement to the Counsel for the petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the petition to implead the developer, 1/2

Let copy of the Development Agreement be furnished to the Counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day. 5.

The petitioner is at liberty to amend the petition within a period of two weeks.
