Clause No.(i) of paragraph No.5 shall be replaced as follows:- "(i) Respondent No.1 - Bank shall issue a fresh show-causenotice to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today alongwith all other documentary evidence

In line No.1 of clause No.(ii) of paragraph No.5 of order dated 14.07.2025, the word '...final...' be deleted. 5.
