On 10th November 2025, pleading extreme urgency, Writ Petition No.5278 of 2025 was mentioned by Mr. Kuldeep U. Nikam, the learned counsel for the petitioners in Writ Petition No.5278 of 2025, whereupon the said matter was taken on production board. When the said matter was taken up for hearing, it was indicated that other writ petitions of similar nature are pending considerations. All such matters were listed for hearing on 11th November 2025 with permission to the learned counsels for the petitioners to carry out amendments.

Permission so granted for carrying out amendment has not been availed by the petitioners.
