None is present for the petitioner. With the assistance of learned AGP, we have gone through the memo of the petition. An order under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 was passed, pursuant to which the possession of the secured assets was handed over to the petitioner on 28.02.2024. Thereafter, it was noticed that the secured assets was trespassed and occupied by third party. 2.
In view of the law laid down by this Court in Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. & Anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors. in Writ Petition No. 6805/23 decided on 30.06.2023 respondents to take steps to ensure the possession is restored to the petitioner. The necessary charges for police protection shall be paid by the petitioner. The possession of the Amk 1/2
