The petitioner out of six semesters has completed 5 semesters. At this stage, an objection was raised that the petitioner was not eligible because she did not have math subject for HSC examination. As an interim measure, the petitioner be issued a

The respondent no.1-College shall allow the petitioner to attend the classes.
