Dr. Kantawala, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner will be presently satisfied if directions are issued to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 4 March 2025 requesting re-export of abandoned consignment under Bill of Lading Nos. MAX/DXB/0734/24, MAX/DXB/0748/2425 and MAX/DXB/0762/2425.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 states that representation/request dated 4 March 2025 will be disposed of in accordance with law and on its own merits within two weeks from today.

By accepting the above statement and directing the 2nd respondent to act consistent with the same, we dispose of this petition leaving all contentions of all parties open. 4.

The 2nd respondent must grant a personal hearing to the petitioner in the peculiar facts of the present case before disposing of the representation. The petitioner to cooperate with the 2nd respondent so that the 2nd respondent can comply with our directions in the time line now indicated. Dr. Kantawala states that notice of hearing can be given to the petitioner's advocate i.e. Mahima Malhotra, Chambers of Adv. Mudit Jain by e-mail which is set out on the representation itself.

The petition is disposed of.
