The learned Addl. Government Pleader has taken instructions from Respondent No.2 on the pending proposal dated 9th July, 2022. The contention is that the proposal was addressed to the Regional Secretary without mentioning the department. The proposal landed in a wrong department. Mane 1/2

In view of this Petition, Respondent No.2 has instructed the learned AGP to submit that if the management corrects the description of the addressee and re-tenders the said proposal accompanied with the relevant records, Respondent No.2 would decide the same within a timeline. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. The Management would correct the proposal and ensure that the proposal is complete in all respects to be tendered to Respondent No.2, within 30 days from today. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 would scrutinize the proposal and if any deficiencies are noticed, the same would be conveyed to the Respondent No.3 - Management within 15 days. The management will have the opportunity to rectify the deficiencies and submit a revised proposal. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 would decide the said proposal as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within 30 days.
