The aforesaid Petition has been circulated for 'Speaking to the Minutes' of the order dated 10th July 2025. 2.

Mr. Bhatia, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the in paragraph 6 of the said order, the portion from "admeasuring approximately 212.40 sq. mtrs. at City Survey No. 68B, Devloli, Budruk, Panvel, Raigad" needs to be deleted and substituted with the words "as described in Schedule of Writ property at Exhibit A". 3.

Accordingly, the paragraph 6 of the said order, now reads as under:

Till the claim is decided as above, the Tahsildar, Panvel is restrained from the auction sale of the writ property as described in Schedule of Writ property at Exhibit A."
