CORAM

DATED : NOVEMBER 13, 2025 P.C.:
1.
Heard learned advocates appearing for respective parties. 2.
Mr. Bhavake, learned advocate appearing for respondent No.5, raises preliminary objection that looking to the prayers in writ petition, particularly challenge to order dated 19th June 2025, this writ petition may not be maintainable, especially before Single Bench.
5 - WP - 9322 - 2025.doc 3.
Perusal of order dated 19th June 2025 depicts that learned Charity Commissioner has directed to relieve Smt. Ragini Khadke from the post of Acting President of Trust with further direction to take steps for appointment of a working president. 4.
Since order dated 19th June 2025 is apparently administrative in nature, objection raised by Mr. Bhavake, learned advocate appearing for respondent No.5, holds water. 5.
Faced with aforesaid difficulty, Mr. Kadam, learned Senior Advocate appearing for petitioner, submits that he would move before the Division Bench by making appropriate amendments in prayer clauses.
6.
In that view of the matter, remove writ petition from board. (S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.)
