In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks direction to respondents no. 1 to 6 to consider representation of the petitioner dated 28/04/2025, which is at Exhibit 'D' to the petition. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent no.7 has encroached on the Government land and has carried out unauthorised construction. The District Collector, Sindhudurg is requested to look into the representation dated 28/04/2025 and
